At KKC Kart Components, we want to ensure you have the right parts for your racing success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Components
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the components for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
